Five Star Soccer Academy will run 2 sessions this winter, each session will be based upon a 10 game schedule (NO added or hidden fees for refs, memberships, etc.

The first Winter Season will begin November 1st, all teams in good standing that participate in the first session will be given priority for the second session. The application can be downloaded, printed and sent along with your deposit to: Five Star Soccer Academy, 94 Main Street, Oxford, MA 01540. Application Deadline is October 25th, any applications received after this date will only be considered if there is an opening.
